You can highlight the baby’s features by placing hands under the chin and legs by the side.
Check with your photographer if he is comfortable with this pose as this is not for an untrained photographer.
3. Tushy Up Pose
Tushy Up is one of the most classic poses that every parent chooses for their newborn’s photography.
In this pose, the newborn will lie on their belly with their legs crossed, highlighting their tiny tush.
The best time for the Tushy Up pose is when the baby is in a deep sleep.

Consult with your photographer and if he is not comfortable with Frog and Tushy then you can drop those poses and go with Womb pose as all three will capture baby’s face, hands, and feet but Womb poses are much simpler and safer.
5. On Hands Pose
This is one of the cutest poses and one of my favorites.
You will have a complete view of the baby’s face placed carefully on top of the arms.
Pro Tips:
Ensure that baby’s face is clean and moisturized well with no wrinkles.
6. Newborn Close-Up Pose
Consider some close-up photos of your baby’s cute little eyes, fingers, and toes.
It will add adorability to your complete photoshoot session.
Pro-Tips:
You can explore different angles to add variety and take around 10-15 photos.
7. Back Pose
I do not call it a pose as this is the most natural newborn baby position.
You will not do much in this, just place the baby on their back and have their hands on their belly and capture the adorable moments.

In this pose, a baby is posed on their sides.
